Miss Glennville Rodeo Queen Pageant

Thank you for your interest in the Miss Glennville Rodeo Pageant. This year marks the 60th annual GMVA Round-Up, a true milestone for the Greenhorn Mountain Veterans Association and the Glennville community. Our hope is that this year's Miss Glennville Rodeo Pageant will bring a new level of competition and success to this wonderful rodeo!

If you are in the following age groups, we would LOVE to have you join our pageant!  See the contest Rules & Regulations below to learn about other eligibility requirements.

Queen: ages 18-24

Junior Queen: ages 13-17

Princess: ages 9-12

The Miss Glennville Rodeo Pageant will officially kick-off with our
Contestant's Clinic on Saturday, March 1st at 8:00 am

Pageant Details

The Miss Glennville Rodeo Pageant itself will take place the week before the rodeo, June 5-8, 2008.
Beginning on Thursday, June 5th with orientation, and culminating at the rodeo on Sunday afternoon,
June 8th, the contestants will have four days of fun and competition before the winners are announced
at the start of the rodeo!

Tentative Competition Schedule:
Thursday, June 5th:   
Orientation
Speech and Modeling competition in the evening.

Friday, June 6th:
   

Personal Interviews
Equine Science & Rodeo Knowledge Written Test


Saturday, June 7th:

Horsemanship Competition
Queen Sponsor BBQ

Sunday, June 8th:

Cowboy Church (optional)
Glennville Rodeo Parade
Announcement of Pageant Winners
Grand Entry & Rodeo
